30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to return an item

Returns are accepted by mail only. Before mailing anything, contact us at langguohua667@gmail.com to request return authorization. If the return is approved, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label and complete mailing instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Do not send returns to our United States business registration address.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, worn, washed, altered, damaged-after-delivery, or personalized items cannot be returned. Gift cards are not returnable. Contact us before returning any sale item so we can confirm its eligibility.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item first; after the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact langguohua667@gmail.com.
