Fulfillment and return location

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Qinghe County, Xingtai, Hebei 054800, China. Approved returns must be mailed to our return facility in the same area after authorization. The complete recipient, street, and routing details are provided with the approved prepaid return label. Do not send returns to our United States business registration address.

Shipping destination and rate

We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the United States. Free Standard Shipping applies to every order; no additional shipping fee is charged.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–10 business days from the order date, including processing time. This estimate is not a guarantee. Carrier, customs, weather, holidays, or an incorrect address may cause delays. Tracking information is emailed when available.

Taxes and customs duties

Sales tax, when required by law, is calculated at checkout. Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges unless a charge is explicitly shown and collected at checkout. If a government authority or carrier imposes an import-related charge that was not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for that charge.
